Before you order anything: verify the supplier
Ask for the company's registered business license, and check that the name on the license matches the name on the quotation and the bank account you will pay into. A legitimate trading company like ours is happy to share this. Video calls and live factory or warehouse walkthroughs are now standard practice — any supplier who refuses a video call is telling you something.
Start with samples, always
Order samples of the exact product you intend to buy in bulk, and test them in real conditions — for locker locks, install them on your actual locker doors; for solar products, run them through real weather. Sample cost is a small price compared to a container of products that don't fit.
Understand MOQ and pricing tiers
Minimum order quantities exist because production and packaging have fixed setups. Stock items (like our locker locks) have low MOQs; customized products (your logo, your colors) need higher volumes. Always ask for tiered pricing at several quantities — the price per unit at 100, 500 and 1,000 pieces tells you where the real economies are.
Payment: protect yourself
Common safe terms for first orders: 30% deposit, 70% balance after a pre-shipment inspection. Use trade assurance or a letter of credit for larger first orders. Never pay 100% upfront to a new supplier.
Shipping and documentation
Decide early between air courier (fast, good for samples and small orders), air freight, and sea freight (best above roughly half a cubic meter). Confirm who handles export documents, and for regulated products, check certification requirements for your destination country before you order — not after.
